Many parents don't know what is exactly a healthy diet and the children sometimes are too picky to eat the balanced diet. Besides that, I think the lack of doing sports is another reason for that. Some teenagers who are fat often avoid doing sports or other exercises.
I think it is an important measure for keeping away from getting fat to have a healthy diet. And doing some necessary exercises, such as running, playing balls and so on, is also very useful to keep healthy.
